Menu Plan Monday - Week of June 5th

Sunday:  Chipotle-style Burritos with Grilled Chicken, Cilantro-Lime Rice, Black Beans, Sour Cream, Cheese, Avocado, and Homemade Pico de Gallo!

Monday:  Grilled Italian Sausage (Local, from the farmers market!) with Broccoli Salad and Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Tuesday:  Parmesan Tilapia with Roasted Cauliflower and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Wednesday:  Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches with Asian Slaw and Ranch Potato Wedges

Thursday:  Dinner out to celebrate our 3-year wedding anniversary which is Tuesday!  Mark is off Thursday and Friday for a long weekend!

Friday:  Homemade Pizza

Saturday:  General Tso's Chicken with Brown Rice and Green Beans
