We've had two weeks of scattered showers and thunderstorms and it looks like we'll be getting more of the same at least through mid-week this week. At least it's not sweltering hot, but the fact that it could rain at pretty much any time during the day makes it hard to plan for much of anything outdoors, including grilling! Ready for this weather to move out!
Sunday: Panini with Chips and Fruit
Monday: Grilled Hawaiian Teriyaki Burger with Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Tuesday: Strawberry Avocado Salad with Bacon Poppyseed Dressing
Wednesday: Mom's night out with friends for me, probably pizza night for the boys!
Thursday: Leftovers/Freezer Meal
Friday: Chipotle-inspired Chicken Burritos
Saturday: Out
